Charlottes Web

As the voice director for Charlotte’s Web, a 2006 adventure game based on the movie of the same name, developed by Backbone Entertainment, I had the opportunity to oversee the voice direction and ensure the characters were brought to life authentically. Released by Sega for Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, and Microsoft Windows, with a separate version for PlayStation 2 developed by Atomic Planet Entertainment and published by Blast! Entertainment in 2007 for the European market, our goal was to capture the essence of the beloved characters and story in the game’s voice performances.

The voice direction process for Charlotte’s Web was a rewarding experience, as we worked to make sure each character’s personality and emotions were effectively conveyed through the voice acting, ensuring they resonated with both younger players and fans of the original story. We aimed to create an immersive experience by staying true to the spirit of the movie and the novel, while also maintaining an engaging and accessible atmosphere for all ages.

The game’s positive reception was a testament to the effort and care put into the voice direction, and I am proud of how our team helped bring the characters to life in a way that truly supported the narrative of Charlotte’s Web.
